- Inappropriate speech for class president

Hazelwood School District vs. Kuhlmeier 1988
- US Supreme Court reduces level of 1st amendment protection provided to most school sponsored student media at public high schools
- "Reasonably related to legitimate pedagogical concerns"
- Hazelwood does not create an unlimited license to censor!
